Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance* Late Cancellations/No-Show: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in full payment for the lesson. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Late Policy: The instructor reserves the right to forfeit any lessons that exceed the 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Rescheduling: Lessons canceled with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled based on availability. Rescheduling Limit: Only one reschedule per month is allowed, except in cases of force majeure. Termination Clause Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next scheduled session. If termination occurs, the Client/Participant is responsible for payment for any attended or scheduled sessions before the notice period. The Instructor reserves the right to terminate the agreement if it no longer serves the client’s best interests, in which case a full refund for unused sessions will be provided. Upon termination, both parties are encouraged to have an exit discussion to reflect on the coaching experience and determine any next steps for the client.
